1 Night Central Serengeti
The Central Serengeti is studded with many rocky granite outcrops, known as kopjes, which are where you should look out for lions and cheetahs.
You will depart from Arusha after your stay and head for Serengeti National Park. This is a driving day, don’t worry about driving distance, the landscape, animals, hills and plains is what will make your driving more beautiful. Driving to Serengeti is via Ngorongoro Conservation area authority, your safari guide will stop at the crater view for you to take some photos before proceeding to Serengeti National Park. Serengeti is the considered to be one of the largest national parks in Tanzania. Central Serengeti will offer you the best experience it being at the heart of the Serengeti plains. Arrive at Serengeti gate in good time for lunch, have lunch and explore the information’s about the park displayed in the area. You will then leave for Northern Serengeti where you will spend your nights in Mara KatiKati Tented Camp. The Northern Serengeti is the border between the Maasai Mara Game Reserve and The Serengeti. The area is famous for the great wildebeest crossing every year where they move from Masai Mara game Reserve in Kenya to Serengeti and back to Masai Mara through the Mara River. During this time we will recommend to do your balloon safari in this area of Serengeti. It is beautiful to see thousands of wildebeest, zebra, and other animals from above. 1 Nights in Ngorongoro
Ngorongoro crater is the largest unbroken caldera in the world.
After breakfast, you will collect your packed lunch for morning game drive before departing to Ngorongoro Conservation Area Authority. The first day will be an easy day, you can stop at Olduvai George or Masai Bomma before arriving at Pakulala Tented Camp. Pakulala means a place to sleep. I love this camp because of its location. It is located at the crater rim with a very beautiful and clear view of the crater. Spend the evening of your fist night taking beautiful pic of the crater from your camp. The next day will be for Crater tour. As you know animals are very active early in the morning. Depart with packed lunch and packed breakfast so that to maximize your game drive time in the crater. After a long day depart the Ngorongoro Area to Tarangire
3 Nights Tarangire
Famous for its baobabs and massive elephant herds, Tarangire shows its quieter side in the park’s southern half.
Day 10, 11 & 12

Other activities from the lodge can be walking with a masai guide. The following day, you will head to Tarangire National park. If you are a fan of elephants then Tarangire is the place for you. Known as the ‘home of elephants’, Tarangire is famous for holding a large number of elephant herds. It was named after the Tarangire River, which crosses the park. You will never be able to do game drive in all over Tarangire for a day. That is why this itinerary suggests 3 nights in the area with two full days game drive in the park so that you have enough time to explore the park
2 Nights West Kilimanjaro
Your unspoilt safari haven!
Day 13 & 14
Western Kilimanjaro is famous for hikes given by Maasai warriors. Staying at Masai Lodge will give you a chance to be very close to Masai people. Staying in the area will give you a chance to experience the people and see the beautiful flora and fauna found in Kilimanjaro region. The view of Mt Kilimanjaro and Mt Meru is amazing from this area. Masai dance, boma visit and walking are one of the never miss activities. You could also have a day trek along the slopes of Mt. Kilimajaro, the highest Mountain in Africa. We hope that your two nights at Osiligilai Masai Lodge will take your breath away.
2 Nights Mkomazi
National Park takes its name from a word from Pare tribe denoting “scoop of water”, referring to little water.
Day 15 & 16
Mkomazi national park is located on the Northeastern Tanzania in the Kilimanjaro region and Tanga region. The name originates from Pare tribe meaning a ‘scoop of water’ that explains the little water found in the area. Mkomazi National park is the only park in Tanzania where by you are sure of seeing the Rhinos. The Rhinos are protected from poachers by staying in a sanctuary constructed in the park. Mkomazi is a very quiet park, nor crowded and it gives you a break from too many cars you have seen in other parks. The park has beautiful views of the Usambara and Pare hills, which are evergreen throughout the year. Your 2 nights here will be the best way of ending your safari experience in Tanzania. We hope you had as much photos as you could take. Enjoy your nights ta Mkomazi Rhino Tented Lodge. Its location gives you a breathtaking view.
