Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing africandmc.com, you agree to these Terms. African DMC operates as a destination management company within the Inspiration Africa network, based in Arusha, Tanzania.

2. Services

We provide destination management services including ground handling, hotel bookings, safari packages, airport transfers, event management, and VIP services across 7 African countries.

3. Booking & Payment

• Prices in USD per person unless stated otherwise.
• 30% deposit required to confirm. Balance due 60 days before departure.
• Payments processed securely via PesaPal and DPO.
• Trade partner credit terms available on approved accounts.

4. Cancellation Policy

• 90+ days: Full refund minus $150 admin fee.
• 60-89 days: 50% refund.
• 30-59 days: 25% refund.
• Under 30 days: Non-refundable.
• Gorilla permits: Non-refundable once issued.

5. Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all bookings, covering medical, evacuation, cancellation, and personal liability.

6. Liability

African DMC exercises reasonable care but cannot be held liable for inherent risks of safari travel. Liability is limited to the total booking cost.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Tanzania. Disputes resolved through arbitration in Arusha.
