How are these rates contracted?
Every property in the portfolio is on a negotiated net B2B rate. You quote your own retail price and keep the margin — there are no published rates undercutting your client relationship.
How quickly are bookings confirmed?
Most properties carry live allocation, so our operations desk confirms in real time. Where a property is on request, we come back within 24 hours with availability and a held option.
Can you combine properties across countries?
Yes. Because we contract directly across Tanzania, Kenya, Rwanda, Uganda, South Africa, Botswana and Mozambique, a single multi-country programme is booked and managed under one point of contact.
Do you handle transfers and ground logistics?
We do. Accommodation is rarely booked in isolation — our team arranges airport transfers, domestic flights, road transport and guides around every stay.
What are your payment terms?
A deposit secures the booking with the balance due before travel. Full terms accompany every quote, and payments are processed securely via PesaPal and DPO through the Inspiration Africa network.
